Bradley Mechanical Proudly Donates $5,000 to Feed More
Caring for and serving our community goes beyond the services we provide. At Bradley Mechanical, we strive to support the families throughout Central Virginia. One way we do this is by teaming up with local organizations and nonprofits supporting our neighborhoods. For the third year in a row, Bradley Mechanical is proud to have partnered with Feed More in an effort to fight hunger.
In Central Virginia, one in every nine individuals faces food insecurity, meaning more than 165,000 members within the community are in need. With a diverse range of clients, Feed More serves children, adults and seniors in both rural and urban areas of Virginia.
To combat this issue the organization Feed More collects, prepares and distributes food to provide hunger relief to thousands of Virginians every day. Their comprehensive programs and network include its on-site Community Kitchen, Kids Cafes, Mobile Pantry, Meals on Wheels and so much more. Through these efforts, Feed More distributes nutritious meals and wholesome food directly to the community members who need it most.
In partnership with Lennox, Bradley Mechanical donated a portion of every Lennox system sold during Q4 of 2022 to the Feed More programs and Lennox matched the total amount for their combined donation in 2023. Bradley Mechanical donated a total of $5,000 to Feed More in an effort help feed hundreds of families in over 34 counties and cities across Central Virginia.
“Like Feed More, we care deeply about the health and well-being of our local community,” said Brad Bradley, CEO of Bradley Mechanical. “Every year, I look forward to having our staff and customers come together to support this cause and Feed More’s numerous programs.”
Feed More’s programs help feed nearly 200,000 people each year who often go hungry or don’t know when or where their next meal will be. Every dollar Bradley Mechanical donated goes towards fighting the growing hunger in Central Virginia.
